The referral must be made through the official referral form before the candidate applies independently.
Only full-time employees of Digital Hub Solution are eligible to participate in this program.
The referred candidate should not already be in contact with our HR or hiring team.
If the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of continuous employment, the referrer will be eligible for a referral reward.
In case of duplicate referrals, the first one recorded in the system will be considered.
The final decision regarding eligibility and reward rests with the HR Department.
Referral rewards are subject to applicable tax deductions.
We offer exciting rewards for successful referrals:
₹5,000 for Junior-Level (0–2 years)
₹10,000 for Mid-Level (2–5 years)
Rewards will be processed after the candidate completes 3 months of employment.
