Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Website & Mobile App Development, ERP/CRM solutions. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, client acquisition, and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, ERP, and CRM solutions.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with clients via calls, emails, video meetings, and presentations to pitch services and close deals.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to align proposals with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance monitoring to assess sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion statuses.
  • Participate in client meetings, project briefings, and post-sales support coordination.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development or IT/software sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMO, Content Marketing).
  • Good technical awareness of website development (PHP, WordPress, eCommerce), mobile app development (Android, iOS, Hybrid).
  • Exposure to selling ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and inhouse CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
